Paul Graham of Y Combinator did an (informal) survey of many of the
founders he works with, asking them what surprised them about founding a
company. Very worthwhile reading - as he points out, he told them most
of this stuff in advance, but you really don't know what it's like until
you startup....But reading this is pretty handy!
