Read Dilbert (but if the team posts Dilberts, feel free to vacillate between fear and laughter)

If your team is posting Dilberts, find out what’s wrong (especially if they put your name above the boss with the pointy hair, or worse, draw pointy hair on your "corporate picture"!)

Remember, when you're a founder, you can quickly become the boss with the pointy hair!
